Why can't Kilinet prevent "spam" coming to me?

KiliNet have received many complaints about "spam" and are investigaing possible ways. There are several problem at present. First of all, programs which filter out spam are not 100% trustworthy, and they sometimes accidentally filter out good e-mail also. No one wants that, of course.

Second, it is impossible to block certain addresses because spammers are clever and contually change their addresses and IP numbers. Yes, it is a real war.

IMPORTANT: Never try to write back to a spammer. Never click the "Remove me" button at the bottom of their mail. This just lets them know that you are "real," and they will be able to sell your address to others.
